What is your booking policy?

A credit card, voucher, or gift card number must be provided and a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to cancel an appointment, or you will be charged in full. If you book an appointment for a friend, and he/she is a no show, you are responsible for covering the cost of the appointment.

What happens if my promotional value expires?

All is not lost! If your voucher’s promotional value expires, you can always redeem it for the amount paid. For more information about expiration dates and voucher values, read our Terms of Sale.

I like today’s deal – how do I get it?

Just click “BUY” before the offer ends.

Can I buy myself some vouchers as gifts to myself and use more than one?

No. If the fine print says “Limit 1 per person” and “May buy multiples as gifts.” then you can only redeem one. If you buy more than one then you have to give them away as gifts to other people.

Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?

No unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise.

I bought a voucher – how do I use it?

Once you’ve purchase a Deal, you’ll be emailed a purchase confirmation which has all the details of your purchase. To book for appointment, please call 626-571-8168 and provide the voucher number at time of booking.

Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?

Yes, unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gift away! All you need is to give your friend the voucher number and have it handy at the time of booking.

Can I combine my voucher with other offers or specials?

No… not unless the voucher specifically states otherwise.

Am I charged as soon as I purchase a deal?

Yes, your credit card will be charged immediately upon purchase.

What if I change my mind and no longer want the deal? Can I get a refund?

Good news! You can request for a refund of the amount paid within 7 business day upon purchase. Cancellation after 7 business days from the day of purchase will be considered as store credit.

Is buying from the site safe?

Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?

Generally, no. We only remove comments when someone is making personal attacks or engaging in other conventional forms of trolling.

How long can I use my Deal?

Unless a Deal’s specific terms say something different, you’ll have 6 months to redeem the Deal for the offer indicated (e.g. a $50 value for $25); but you can subsequently redeem it for the amount you paid (e.g. the $25).
